Who we are
Prompt Alchemy Lab is an independent project, currently operated by an individual founder. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed.
What we collect
- Account details — the name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) you provide when you register.
- The content you create — your projects, groups, blends, and prompt text — stored so the product can work for you.
- Basic usage signals — such as when your account was last active and which product steps you have reached, used in aggregate to understand whether the product delivers value.
- Anonymous page-view counters — the page path, the day, and the host you arrived from. No cookies beyond those needed to sign you in, no advertising trackers, no fingerprinting.
- Emails submitted to our earlier sign-up list — if you left your email before open registration existed, that record is retained and every deletion right below applies to it.
Why we collect it
Solely to operate your account and workspace, and to understand which pages, referral sources, and product steps people care about. We do not build advertising profiles, run ad networks, or resell interest data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Page-view counters are kept in aggregate and are not linked to your email address.
Do we share it?
No. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Our hosting provider processes data only as needed to run this website.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your account, your email, and any associated record at any time, for any reason, by emailing hello@promptalchemylab.com. We will action deletion requests promptly.
Payments
We do not take payments or store card details at this stage — nothing on this site charges you anything.
